The nightly rates are per person and include buffet breakfast. Bed sheets and blankets are also included. Towels are available upon request at 5€ per kit. Prices are VAT included.

For large groups and upon reservation, the hostel offers catering services and theme dinners. Available menus can include dishes typical to the region as well as vegetarian and organic options.

Wi-Fi (hourly charges apply).
Bedding and towel rental.
Disabled access.

Bed spaces:

The Hostel has 70 bed spaces, with rooms offering anywhere from 2 to 6 beds.

Opening Season:

The Hostel is open from March 1 to October 31. For the Christmas Holiday season the Hostel will be open from December 15th to January 8th.

Opening hours: 8:00 am to 10:00 pm.
Breakfast: 8:00 am to 10:00 am.
Check-in: 14:00 pm to 10:00 pm.
Checkout: before 10:00 am.

RULES AND REGULATIONS

The Management is not responsible for thefts or any loss of valuable items in the Hostel premises. Locked cabinets are availableto guests in each room. In order to maintain a pleasant environment for all, we kindly request our guests:

1. To behave in a manner that guarantees respect for other guests within the Hostel.
2. To keep the rooms clean and observe tidiness both inside and outside the Hostel.
3. To guarantee the utmost care for the supplies and fittings provided by the Hostel.

Within the Hostel, the following activities are strictly forbidden:

1. Using the beds without proper beddings.
2. Consuming alcoholic beverages, except during meals.
3. Engaging in political and religious propaganda.
4. Washing and drying laundry inside the rooms.
5. Bringing any kind of animal into the Hostel.
6. Starting fires of any kind.
7. Using drugs or any other mind-altering substances.
8. Gambling and engaging in dangerous activities.
9. Smoking within the Hostel premises.
10. Bringing guests inside the Hostel without the permission of the Management.

Guests are kindly requested:

1. Upon arrival, to show an official identity document and settle all outstanding charges to cover their stay.
2. To follow Hostel rules and regulations during their stay.
3. At the time of departure, to return all bedding and towels used during their stay.
4. To pay, at cost price, for any item they are found to be responsible for damaging.
5. To inform the Management of any complaints.
6. To observe quiet time from 11:00 pm to 7:00 am.
7. (For groups only) to nominate a group leader who will liaise with the Hostel Management and ensure the rules and regulations of the Hostel are followed by other members of the group.

Bookings:

Advance reservations are recommended for all guests and required for groups larger than 10 people. Bookings should be made with at least 10 days notice, either in person or in writing. Emails and faxes are accepted. Please specify the number of guests, arrival and departure times, type of accommodation required and (for groups only) the name and contact details of the group leader.

Bookings are confirmed once a deposit of 30% of the total amount to be paid is made by bank TT into the following Current Account:

Payment Methods Include: Bancomat amd all major credit cards - Personal cheques and money orders will not be accepted.

A copy of the bank receipt is required prior to arrival and must be sent by email to info@ostellomontefeltro.eu or by fax to (39) 0541 928597.

The balance of payment for the entire stay must be settled at the time of arrival.

In case of cancellation of any reservations the Management will refund:

1. The whole amount of the deposit where notice of cancellation is received at least 30 days prior to arrival.
2. 50% of the deposit paid when notice of cancellation is received at least 10 days before arrival.
3. 0% (NO REFUND) if notice of cancellation is received within 10 days from the planned arrival date.

If a guest fail to inform the Management of a change in the number of beds booked, the Management has the right to:

1. For the first day only, charge the full amount booked in case the number of guests is fewer than the number originally booked.
2. Not guarantee accommodation for any guest(s) above the number originally booked.
3. Provide lodging to those guests without an advance booking based on availability.
4. Terminate the guests’ stay, if deemed necessary, to guarantee the safety of other guests.
